Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days.

While we strive to meet these delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


Delivery Issues

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Allowing up to 48 hours for final delivery updates

For most destinations, customers will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery.

However, customs regulations vary by country, and in rare circumstances local authorities may request additional information or impose duties and taxes.

Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Vonea cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

Pre-Order Items

If a product is available for pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped once all items become available unless otherwise stated.


Peak Seasons & Holiday Periods

During periods of exceptionally high demand, including promotional events, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and other holiday periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly extended.
